Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Service Description
Cargoo is a sourcing and logistics service that assists users in importing goods from international suppliers, primarily in China. We act as an intermediary, facilitating product discovery, negotiation, quality inspection, and shipping. By using our service, you acknowledge that Cargoo is a facilitator and not the direct manufacturer of the goods.
2. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that the items they request to import comply with all local laws and regulations in their destination country. You must provide accurate information for customs clearance and delivery.
3. Resale and Second-hand Restrictions
To maintain the integrity of our sourcing partnerships and ensure consumer safety, certain items sourced through Cargoo are intended for personal use only. The second-hand sale or commercial resale of the following categories is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent:
- High-brand specialty items and restricted labels.
- Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., cosmetics, personal care electronics).
- Items specifically designated as "Not for Resale" (NFR) by the supplier.
4. Limitation of Liability
While Cargoo performs quality inspections at our warehouse prior to international shipping, we are not responsible for manufacturer defects or performance issues of the products. Our liability is limited to the service fee charged for the facilitation of the order.
5. Payment and Fees
Users agree to pay the total quoted price, which includes the product cost, shipping fees, and our service commission. All payments must be cleared before international dispatch.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via our website or email.
