1. Our Refund Rule
**All approved refunds are issued exclusively as Cargoo Store Currency.** This credit can be applied as a discount on your next sourcing order or total balance. We do not provide cash or direct bank transfer refunds once an order facilitation has begun.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
Most items sourced through Cargoo are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- **Warehouse Rejection:** If our quality inspection at our overseas warehouse finds the item to be damaged or significantly different from your request, we will initiate a refund.
- **Failed Fulfillment:** If a supplier is unable to deliver the item to our warehouse within a reasonable timeframe, you are eligible for a refund of the product value.
- **Incorrect Item:** If we mistakenly source a product that does not match your link or description.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds once the order is placed with the supplier:
- Custom-made or personalized goods.
- Specialty sourcing requests where we've indicated a "No-Return" policy from the supplier.
- Items that have already been shipped internationally from our warehouse to your door.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order after payment but before we've placed it with the supplier, you will receive a full store credit refund. Once the order is placed with the supplier, cancellation eligibility depends on the supplier's terms.
5. Shipping Costs
Facilitation fees and international shipping costs that have already been incurred are non-refundable.
6. Claims Process
To initiate a refund request, please contact us via WhatsApp or email ([email protected]) with your order details and provide any necessary photos or descriptions. We aim to process all requests within 48-72 hours.
